Q: Is there a risk my project to be released to public while you are working over it or after you finish it?
A: The most important fact that our customer should know about that MK Record guarantees to keep your projects secret. After we finished our work over them and if you approve it, we will permanently delete it from our system.

Q: How long time do you need to finish a project including 10 songs, mixing and mastering?
A: The time required for mixing and mastering 10 songs to be finished could take 20 days. And to finish an Arrangement could take 3 days for a song.


Q: What type of files should i submit for Arrangement, Mixing, and mastering?
For Arrangement: you could send us your voice singing the song draft which recorded with your phone, or tablet, or any recordable things.
For Mixing: you could send us the file project from cubase, nuendo, protools, etc.
For Mastering: We recommend submitting Wave (.wav) or AIFF (.aiff) files, bit depth 16 or 24 bit and sample rates 44.1 KHZ or 48 KHZ. Compressed format are not suitable for mastering, as they are not of a sufficiently high quality. Do not apply dither.

Q: How about the price? And how about the payment?
A: The price for Arrangement is USD 100 per song. The price for Audio Mixing is USD 50 per song. The price for Audio Mastering is USD 50 per song.
You should paid the down payment 50% of price before we process your project, and after we finished your project, you should paid the next 50% before we send your project result. And the payment is using secure payment via Paypal.
